Inspired cuisine in an inspired setting awaits at the Beaux-Arts Restaurant located in the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts. Infused with themes, colours and textures of the exhibitions on hand, the menu reflects the artistry of the milieu and the superiority of local products.
Executive Chef Aymeric Halbmeyer adds his creative flourish to an ever-changing menu of simple, yet inventive fare showcasing seasonal local produce. Selections range from a filet of snapper with citrus beurre blanc, green oil and seasonal vegetables to slow-cooked loin of Québec veal in whisky braising jus with a sprinkling of oregano dust, not to forget fresh squid-ink linguine with candied plums and oyster mushrooms. Here, you are greeted by a comprehensive menu of delightful dishes that extends to Sunday brunch.
For corporate events and private functions held in the museum’s event spaces, the Beaux-Arts Restaurant also provides an all-inclusive catering service for groups of 10 to 400 people.
