Chez Lavigne is so much more than just a hip wine bar: with a focus on “living wines”, it offers a carefully crafted catalogue of all-natural biodynamic vintages alongside an equally clever menu of market-style cuisine.
Local berries, spices from around the world and a hint of Asian flavour inspire Chef Naoki Ukita’s unique menu featuring seasonal local products. Duck from Lac Brôme, cheese from the Atwater Market, venison from Outaouais, fish from Gaspé…the menu reads like a directory of Québec’s leading purveyors.
Inside, a round central bar looks out onto a bright and spacious dining area. Natural light floods in through garage door windows while wood and brick walls lend extra warmth to this casual and inviting atmosphere.
Groups are welcome at Chez Lavigne as well. From customized menus to reserving the entire restaurant, Chez Lavigne can welcome up to 60 people for private or corporate functions.
