Hoogan et Beaufort
Hoogan et Beaufort offers refined dining in a relaxed, casual atmosphere within the industrial surroundings of Rosemont’s Angus Shop’s. The inventive cuisine, from Chef and owner Marc-André Jetté, is constantly evolving, using only the freshest ingredients and products that are never processed. Many of their dishes are composed of meats, fish and vegetables, all sourced within Canada and which go great with their selection of wine. For those willing to try a little more, the restaurant also offers a tasting menu.
