Maison Publique
Maison Publique is a restaurant in the popular Plateau Mont-Royal neighbourhood that has the look and feel of a traditional British pub but with wood paneling and retro wallpaper that give it a Canadian twist. Chef and owner, Derek Dammann, who famously once worked for Jamie Oliver at his original Fifteen in Islington, London, prepares hearty pub fare that is both comforting and satisfying where all ingredients are strictly Canadian. Featuring an exciting weekend brunch and menu of meats, seafood and more that changes regularly, Maison Publique is a true Montréal classic.
