TABOO Cuisine Rebelle
In today’s culinary scene where minimalism reigns supreme, Taboo Cuisine Rebelle bucks the trend with a hefty menu, copious portions and a long list of original cocktails.
With a menu of no less than 45 mini burgers, 180 variations of tartar, more than 15 decadent poutines (including the award-winning Zombie poutine) plus generous salads, Taboo Cuisine Rebelle offers a personalized dining experience in a friendly, urban setting. Plates are created according to the patron’s taste and mood of the moment. For example, tartar aficionados may stick to the tried-and-true classics, such as beef, salmon and tuna, or get a little rebellious with more unusual meats like duck, bison and kangaroo. To this, add a choice of ten different seasons, ranging from classic Dijon mustard to Asian-inspired wasabi or ginger, and you have a custom taste sensation.
Oversize menus showcasing the colossal choice of meal options cover the tables in this warm eatery that exudes a rustic-industrial vibe. Signature cocktails made with local ingredients are served in Mason jars while a vast selection of private import wines is available for the perfect pairing.
Taboo Cuisine Rebelle takes choice to a whole new level!
