We did a 360° sweep of the city. Then, we did it again.

Everything – from taxis to hotels to the venue itself – has been double-checked for cleanliness and safety, for your delegates’ security and for your peace of mind.

Our 720° Safety Protocol includes stringent measures on-site at your event:

  • COVID-19 rapid testing on-site
  • Face masks (one/delegate/day)
  • Plexiglas™ partition for the registration table
  • Disinfectant stations in meeting spaces and throughout the hotel
  • Rigorous cleaning of meeting spaces before and during the event
