The Joséphine restaurant on the corner of Duluth and Saint-Denis offers an optimal dining experience featuring exceptional fish and seafood, intricate flavour combinations and astute wine/food pairings in a prime Plateau location.
The menu features responsible fish products, several locally sourced from the Gaspé, complemented by market-fresh produce. A tantalizing array of dishes the likes of scallop tartar with cucumber water, skate wing with cauliflower purée, and Cornish hen with bisque headline a clever menu designed to entice your palette. Chef Simon Leblanc draws inspiration from his time spent working out west, infusing his dishes with culinary savvy and Asian flavour.
An important part of the Joséphine dining experience is the food/wine pairing, ensured by sommelier Sophie Allaire. Her extensive wine list features Canadian and Quebecois wines, with a different bubbly showcased each night.
