Perles et Paddock
Perles et Paddock is where old and new coexist in harmony, where attention to detail is as important in cocktails as it is in dishes, and where the ultimate goal is to continually strive to do better, while respecting oceans, continents, and living beings.
Showcasing products from Québec and the Maritimes, the menu consists of small refined dishes to combine. Meat and fish come from organic farming. Interestingly, vegetarian, vegan and gluten free foods are well identified. As for the desserts, they are simply irresistible.
Beer, wine and cocktail lovers are in the right place thanks to a spectacular cocktail list and extraordinary know-how. The list of private imports is mainly composed of organic or natural wines and promises tasty discoveries.
The space, a former garage, is laid out in an organic manner and divided into areas, each with its own ambience. A glass roof lets in natural light, while the combination of selected materials, plants, and fixtures brings elegance to the venue.
