Restaurant Kamúy
Located in the heart of Montréal's Quartier des spectacles, Kamúy is a pan-Caribbean restaurant celebrating the best the islands have to offer. Each element, including the carefully created dishes, the music and the decor, is meant to reflect the vibe of a traditional Caribbean market. Named after “the Taino”, the Caribbean First Nations people’s word for sun, Kamúy creates an opportunity to bring together and celebrate a rich and diverse community through food, music, culture, and art. The seasonal menu is a continuous work in progress and focuses on sustainable foods while featuring local ingredients.
