Grandma’s home cooking, but prepared by chefs, is what awaits at Rose Ross, a charming neighbourhood bistro serving up inspired comfort food and gourmet market cuisine at the heart of Promenade Masson.

At Rose Ross, the menus follow the seasons, with local ingredients the star of the show. A concise and tempting menu of simple and elegant fare features tried-and-true favourites, such as two salmon tartare, cod and Cornish hen alongside more original options, such as onion carbonara with onion petals replacing the pasta (gluten free!).

This Montréal destination focuses on freshness and quality. Here, every ingredient is meticulously selected for taste and quality and everything is completely homemade.  As eminent Chef Paul Bocuse said: “We make good with great.” Rose Ross does this to perfection.

Contemporary and inviting, the décor is as fresh and simple as the cuisine, designed so that patrons may fully enjoy the quality and artistry of what’s on their plate in a warm and relaxed atmosphere.

Named after the great-grandmother of one of the co-owners and created, in part, as a tribute to these women who nourished entire generations without the recognition that chefs get today, Rose Ross draws upon its longstanding Québec heritage to create mouthwatering fare to comfort body and soul.
