Rose Ross
Rose Ross is a charming neighborhood bistro at Promenade Masson, serving inspired comfort food and gourmet market cuisine. Named after the great-grandmother of one of the co-owners and created, in part, as a tribute to these women who nourished entire generations without the recognition that chefs get today.
The menu showcases local ingredients and offers a concise selection of simple and elegant fare. Every ingredient is meticulously selected, and everything is homemade. From salmon tartare to cod and Cornish hen, the dishes are prepared with care. A gluten-free option includes onion carbonara with onion petals replacing pasta.
The contemporary decor creates a warm and relaxed atmosphere for patrons to enjoy their meal.
